Your Questions, Answered

  • Don’t worry - most of my clients haven’t either. You send some photos, we have a chat about what you want (and what’s driving you slightly mad) and I create a design that fixes the chaos and makes your home or workspace feel calmer.

  • Homes you can live in without shouting “DON’T TOUCH THAT.” I design family spaces that feel beautiful, intentional and pulled together but still real. Kids, pets, packed routines… I design for all of it. Think warm, practical, quietly stylish interiors that work for everyday life.

  • If it’s a sensible distance and you make tea, I’ll come. I work across Suffolk and the surrounding counties. If you’re further away my e-design / remote design service is available UK-wide. Perfect if you want my brain without full service.

  • I care about longevity and quality. That means choosing materials that last, avoiding fast decor and helping clients invest where it counts. I’m always looking for ways my studio can do better for the planet.

  • Yes I can take care of all ordering, checking, scheduling and installation so you can get on with your life. I can be as hands-on or hands-off as you like. My e-design clients for example handle their own deliveries.

  • This happens all. the. time. in this industry! Consider me the diplomatic third party who keeps the peace and merges your styles without anyone crying over design choices or tile samples.

  • Of course! And I love re-using your own pieces. We’ll mix what you have with new items so your home feels refreshed, not replaced and very much still like “home”.

  • Yes it’s super important to me that interior design feels accessible for everyone. I can work with a range of budgets and I help you spend smart: where to invest, where to save and where the £££ doesn’t matter at all.

  • Think of me as the person who does the whole picture - layout, lighting, storage, finishes, furniture - not just cushions and candles. I fix the function and the pretty.

  • For a single room design I usually ask for 3-4 weeks, depending on my workload. Whole homes take longer. You’ll get honest updates all the way through. Final installation timelines depend of course on many things - I’m good but I’m not faster than a back-ordered sofa. Most (but not all) furniture is 6-8 weeks from date of order.
